the one that was just another manic Monday! (Seriously, that song was stuck in my head all day!) Well, this is a first…I can’t think of anything really interesting that happened today! I finished writing a paper advocating for revisions to the current trans fat labeling policy, did some biochemistry homework, and spent about 6 hours in the library. It’s days like this one that remind me that not every day is jam-packed with excitement, and that’s okay; it’s still a blessing. And I think it helps us treasure those exciting days all the more!
