the one where I sang one of my favorite songs during Mass, thanked Jesus for another beautiful day of life, had Sbisa brunch with Stephanie, and spent the afternoon in the library before my brain said “dunzo.” Then I decided it would be a good time to call Kristin, who suggested that we explore World Market (where we found things like teepees, unicorn finger puppets, cool foreign foods, and these flowers) after dinner.
The past few days, it’s kind of been bothering me that I don’t have a favorite flower! So today I googled “types of flowers” and stared at a ton of pictures until one resonated with my soul. (Hey don’t laugh—one actually did!) It’s called Lily of the Valley. I immediately felt compelled to learn more about them, so I did! The Lily of the Valley symbolizes humility, purity, and sweetness. And good gracious, if that isn’t path I’m trying everyday to take! So if I could be a flower, that’s the one I would want to be. :) You should google them; they're pretty cool! If you were a flower, what flower you would be?
