the one where I spent some time reflecting and wrote this, stayed in my dorm studying and doing homework all afternoon, and ended the evening by celebrating Perla’s 20th birthday at Olive Garden! Our waiter Matthew (whose nametag said “Mateo,” but his phony accent wasn’t fooling anyone) must not have an eye for photography, because he didn’t quite get everyone the group picture. But at least he got the birthday girl!! Happy birthday, Perla! :)
