Day 26!

the one where I woke up a 21-year-old, hopped out of bed and ran down the stairs in my jammies like a kid on Christmas morning…and eagerly snagged myself a washing machine, because I needed to do laundry like it was nobody’s business! On your birthday, everything seems more exciting!

But it only got better.

It was the one where I got the SWEETEST birthday card EVER from my family (thank you so much!), had breakfast with Dylan (which needs to happen more often!), got to spend my entire yoga class laying on the floor doing deep-breathing exercises (Namaste!), and learned that I have the same birthday as Maria von Trapp (that’s right—the lady who inspired “The Sound of Music!”)

Speaking of music, there is nothing like this song to get you pumped up in the morning! Umm…yeah, I totally just had a dance party.

I also want to give a shout out to our Heavenly Father for blessing me with another birthday…and for this BEAUTIFUL DAY! (You knew weather like this would make me want to spin around singin’ like Maria on a hilltop, didn’t You? Thank You SO MUCH!)

AAAAND tonight was amazing too! I feel SO indescribably blessed to have so many wonderful friends—thank you all for showering me with love! Dinner at Cheddar’s + the greatest friends EVER + my first margarita + several impromptu sing-alongs + Mini Blizzards + dancing in DQ = That’s what I like about Texas. And my birthday.

Thank you all for making my heart dance with joy! BEST. FEELING. EVER. Hope you all enjoyed my birthday as much as I did! :)
